WE CELEBRATED THEIR CHOICE AND INVITED THEM TO PROSPER.
Seattle Credit Union has been part of the local landscape since 1933. So has the #3 credit union in the nation, we’ll call Goliath. With an influx of newcomers to the city, we did an initial awareness campaign on why people love our home town.
A year later, we developed three new products for SCU and created a campaign to push each:
• the first-of-its-kind Renter’s Loan to cover first/last/deposit
• a Cycle Loan to combat traffic woes
• the Sweet 16 Car Loan to focus on used auto loans
Our work started with deep research and strategy, then naming and brand identity, positioning, and messaging. Our team developed the marketing plan, and did all manner of creative from branch design, to advertising / social / digital, to community events with a custom ride, plus staff education and training. We also launched a podcast to demystify finances and help members find: what you need, when you need it.
